Although the sitcoms characters are from Greek Cypriot descent and it would be culturally more acceptable if it was acted by Greeks or non-British people, it did not bother to select actors or actress for some roles. As all my characters can speak fluent English, my concern was not finding someone who was able to do the broken english greek accent but to find someone who closely resembled my characters and was okay and comfortable with doing comedy. After the Green light presentation with Simon and Andrea I have decided to take their feedback into consideration ad also change of a few things on my sitcom. The feedback given was that I should have more locations an be careful of stereotyping the men. - I have decided to introduce a new character called Savva. He is Hara's crush from university and she constantly humiliates herself in front of him, until coincidently her grandmothers invites his family for dinner. - a few new locations have been introduced but are not reassuring locations; the university cafeteria, church and the outside of a nightclub.
