Script:
Presenter:
Are you a parent seeking childcare and have been relying on David Camerons promise for an increase in childcare?
Camerons promise has been delayed until  September 2017 causing mass disappointment across Britain.
Last year Sam Gyimah had stated " Im delighted that the Leap Ahead Childminding Agency has opened, helping ensure more children can fulfil their potential through affordable, flexible and high quality."
But is Childcare really affordable and will this benefit parents of today?
Lets got to our correspondent James Bond at Rosewood Nursery in Wigan interviewing a struggling mother.

Reporter:
"I am standing here at Rosewood Nursery in Wigan, an area that desperately needs the help of the childcare scheme. With me today is Mary Black who just dropped her three year old son. Mary, how do you feel now after David Cameron did not fulfil his promises to you for childcare."

Presenter:
As you are aware Britain is one of the top most expensive countries for childcare and will unfortunately remain that way until September 2017
