Vivandy Productions  Director: Vivandy and F.C Rabbath  Written and Produced: F.C. Rabbath Synopsis: Its about 3 generations of women; the grandmother, mother and daughter. The same story is being repeated between grandmother and mother as well as mother and daughter. Each mother is trying to reconnect with her daughter; both being unsuccessful. What intrigued me:  Showing the mother getting prepared (I'm planning on doing something like that for my video)  portrayal of family drifting (arguing about being too busy for each other)  when she opens the bathroom cupboard when she's young and closes it when she's old (i like the technique it uses to show time passing)  having the same conversation with her daughter as she did with her mother  the way we are shown that there is an issue (phone call from doctor)  VO flashback to the same line she said her mother 'You're being selfish' = realisation ...

Episode Titles

Why Greek Gods as episode tittles?? Each God plays a role in the way the world is run. With the sitcom focusing around a Greek Cypriot family, I found it fitting to name the episode after them. The twelve Gods of the Greek are known as the Olympians and they are the ones who guided every aspect of human life. Likewise there are minor gods who played a role as well. Brief information on them: The Twelve Olympians:  Aphrodite was the Greek goddess of love, beauty, pleasure and procreation and was always depicted as the most beautiful and desirable woman. Apollon was the Greek god of prophecy and oracles, music, song and poetry, archery, healing, plague and disease and the protection of young. Depicted as a handsome young man with long hair. Ares was the Greek god of war, battle, courage, and covil order. Depicted as a mature, beardered warrior armed for battle. Artemis was the Greek goddess of hunting, the wilderness and wild animals.
